Nails of the Day

Hi loves! Happy April!

Here’s a quick manicure of the day!
manicure

These are sculpted acrylic nails with regular polish! I’m normally not a fan of white nail polish on myself, but I like the way these turned out! I also had to play around with a little negative space action! Thanks so much for stopping by guys, I hope your day is awesome! :)

  1. Like you, I’m not a big fan of white for anything other than a bit of accenting; but, these are truly lovely. The contrasting sparkle keeps them from being dull (what did you use as a topcoat?) and reminiscent of 5th grade “White Out Nails!” I’ll definitely be filing this look under “Must Try.” Thanks for sharing, Amy. <3

    1. Thank you so much! The “white out nails” was exactly what I was trying to avoid, haha! It’s definitely different for me so I liked changing things up a bit. Thanks so much for stopping by! :)

  3. That’s amazing…actually I suffered from toenail fungus which made my big toenails look awful…went and took a laser against it, and now I’m just using a small machine to keep nailing the nails that are left so that the new ones can grow easily…but for this summer I wanna wear sandals and my nails look awful…I thought about either purchasing fake nail tips or buying a set to make them with gel so I can totally reconstruct my nails…I’m pretty good at that kinda stuff so I think I would be fine with making them at home with the gel, but which ones do you think would be better? Consider I got left only half of my big toenails πŸ˜‘ so I’m afraid I would keep loosing from my feet the fake nails, but I heard the gel nails are hard to take off and can be painful when ur nails grow 😟

    1. Hi there! There are definitely a couple options you could try. They do make press on nails for your toenails! Those would be a quick and temporary fix for when you want to wear your sandals out! Most of them are applied with adhesive strips or nail glue. You could also get acrylic or gel extensions at a salon. They can add tips and then overlay the acrylic or gel so the toenails have a full shape. I’ve had acrylics on my toenails before and they looked great and lasted forever! I hope this helped! :)
